Our technical team includes internal development/technology transfer group, and third party laboratories, universities and institutes, in the US and China. Our technical team develops new and alternative processes; improves current processes; work with our production on technology transfer; and supports our customers on technical aspect.

Following is a general description of our services and estimate time frame for reference. Detailed services and timeframes can be discussed and agreed upon for your specific product.

Process evaluation which includes: evaluation of known and innovative processes; selection of route; and development of estimate pricing for small and commercial quantities. Timeframe: 1 to 3 weeks

Process development which includes: lab work to prove selected route; development and lab work on alternative routes as appropriate; sample preparation (few grams to hundreds of grams); scale up evaluation and development. Timeframe: 1 to 2 months

Small scale quantities delivered in a timely manner (10-100 kg, 3-10 chemical steps). Timeframe: 2-3 months

Technologies enhancement, technology transfers, and production of launch quantities (100 kg - 5 tons), full regulatory support, validated processes; APIs. Timeframe: 6-9 months

Preparation for commercial production in modifying existing plant set up. Timeframe: 1-2 months

Building a dedicated commercial plant unit. Timeframe:3-9 months
