Initial discussions with customers regarding potential projects are carried out. They will provide information about Eastar's services and capabilities. They will also obtain an overview of the customer's requirements in order to find the best fit between the customer's needs and Eastar's capabilities.
Then a bilingual Project Manager is assigned to assist the discussion from a technical and production aspect. This project manager will be involved through all the phases of the project.
Once an agreement is in place, a multidisciplinary project team is formed. This project team consists of members of Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Regulatory and other discipline deemed necessary to ensure successful delivery of the project's objectives.
The Sales representative and Project Manager becomes the customer's key point of contact at Eastar, keeping the customer informed to the progress of the project from initiation to completion. Their primary objective is to ensure delivery of the project, on time, to the quality standards expected, and deliver savings to the customer.
