| Pilot Plant |
Located about one hour drive from Shanghai, our scale up pilot plant is in a convenient, centralized location of China. This Eastar site is used for many purposes: produce small quantity of intermediates for customers' drug development programs; produce high purity grade and low impurities for specialty chemical customers; produce trial order and scale up quantities for our commercial projects. This plant is ISO9002 and Kosher certified.
Equipment Summary: Reactors (GL, SS): 50 ~ 3,000 liters
Distillation Columns: 30 theoretical plates
Centrifuges: 300 ~ 1000mm in diameter
Dryers (SS, GL): 300 ~ 1500 liters
Temperature Range : -20℃ to 450℃
Production Expertise: Our pilot plant has the capability to produce products from Kilograms to multi-ton quantities. Most chemical reactions can be performed. An average of 30 different products and scale-ups are completed at our pilot plant each year. |
