Eastar's specialty chemicals facility is located about 2 hours flight Southwest from Shanghai. The plant's distance from China 's developed coastal regions and support from local government, makes this Eastar site very cost competitive (Eastar's LCC - low cost center). The plant is equipped to handle various chemistries in hundreds to thousands metric ton quantity range. This plant is ISO 9001 certified.
Equipment Summary: Reactors (GL, SS): 2,000 ~ 3,000 liters
Centrifuges: 500 ~ 800 mm in diameter
Dryers (SS, GL): Vacuum rotary drying box (800 liters)
Temperature Range : 0 ~ 299 ℃

Most general chemical reactions can be performed and various hazardous materials are handled here.
