Eastar's Ludan joint venture company is a pharmaceutical dosage production facility is located about 2.5 hour drive northeast of Shenyang , Liaoning Province of Northeastern China. It is cGMP certified by the Chinese SFDA and custom produces a number of dosage formulations for sales within China.
